The Volleyball Festival is an annual tournament that is currently being held in Reno, Nevada. This event is the single largest volleyball tournament in the world! It is an event whose size and scope must be experienced in order to visualize it. With over 900 teams participating in this tournament from the four corners of the country, this event is an important part of the club season. Typically, the tournament is held on the last week of June or the first week of July. The event lasts one week with 5 days of competition. The first four days of play involves pool play of 3 – 4 teams. The last day of play is the medal round. Teams are separated into six team divisions with the winner bringing home a trophy. Pacific VBC Oregon has participated in every Festival since 1996. We feel this tournament serves as the culmination of a long season and treat it as a reward to all who participate.
